The exhibition is suitable for applications from artists, designers, experts, faculty members, teaching staff, associate degree, undergraduate, master's degree, proficiency in art/doctoral students and graduates working in the fields of Textile and Fashion Design.
The theme of the exhibition is INSIGHTS of ART from 7 to 70. The art works must comply with the theme of the exhibition. Artworks that do not comply with the theme will not be accepted.
The exhibition is open to works and designs produced in the fields of fiber art, textile art, textile design, clothing design and wearable art. Proved that textile material is used for the exhibition, designs in all disciplines will be evaluated.
Dimensions, the use of all kinds of techniques and materials are allowed for all areas. Creativity, originality, aesthetic value, and suitability to the theme are the basic criteria in the selection of exhibition works/designs.
Participants can apply with a maximum of 2 artworks that have not been exhibited before and have not received an award by only paying participation fee (The participant declares and undertakes that the submitted artwork is original with this application. In case of any disagreement that may occur later on, the owner of the work is responsible for the subject. The Exhibition Organizing Committee is not responsible for this situation).
The work/design visuals may be used in various press and publications without paying royalty, by giving their names and information for the purpose of promotion, announcement and publication of the exhibition. All participants are deemed to have accepted this provision with their applications.
Participant who want to participate in the exhibition must completely fill in the “Artwork Application Form” that is provided on the website in the required format, add the Artwork Image and the Participant's Photograph, and upload their artwork(s) to the system by 01 December 2024 at the latest.
The image of the artwork must be 300 DPI resolution JPEG format and at least (1920x1080) pixels. Those whose photo of the work is not clear with the specified features and applications after the application period will not be considered.
For the artwork(s), 1 photograph taken from a clearly visible angle from the front should be uploaded. Works/Designs should be photographed in front of a neutral background (preferably white or gray). Images of the Work/Design taken from different angles or detail images should be sent by combining them into a single image.
When naming the work/design visual, it should be recorded as "Work name.jpg".
The submitted artwork(s) will be evaluated by the jury. Works rejected by the jury will not be exhibited. A letter of acceptance will be sent to the participants for the artwork(s) selected by the jury.
Participants whose works are accepted to the exhibition should send their receipt information by sending an e-mail to intexart@mail.ege.edu.tr after paying the exhibition participation fee. Please be careful, EMEL AKIN MYO. INTEXART REGISTRATION FEE text must be included in the DETAILS of your Invoice.
The exhibition participation fee is 20 Euro for one artwork and 30 Euro for two artworks. The fee for each artwork for students is 10 Euro. Personal exhibition fee is 200 Euro.
The participation fee must be deposited to the specified account number until the application deadline.
An e-catalog consisting of work/design visuals and relevant promotional texts and a certificate of participation will be sent to the participants at the end of the exhibition.
In case of problems regarding the catalog or participation certificate, a response can be made within one month at the latest.
